||||
I've been listening to some new music lately and I thought I should share some
|
||||
of it.
|
||||
|
||||
For a long time I didn't listen to anything else than Swedish punk. I listened
|
||||
to a lot of local bands, and I was very active in the scene. But after a while
|
||||
I became bored of punk. It felt repetetive. So I figured that I might as well
|
||||
have a listen to some of the music my parents played for me when I was younger.
|
||||

## Allan Edwall
|
||||
Allan Edwall was an actor and songwriter from Jämtland. He is most known for
|
||||
his acting, but he made a few albums. I like his albums because they can
|
||||
express so much through the music. Many of his ballads sound pretty simple in
|
||||
the beginning, but then you realise he just switched the time signature for a
|
||||
beat. And his ballads harmonize so well. They aren't just 4-chord pop songs in
|
||||
4/4, but they really sound like someone poured their soul into it. I love him.
